For the 19th straight year, area deer hunters are offered the opportunity to win a share of thousands dollars in cash, trophies, ribbons, and grand prizes* as the Mid-South Big Buck Extravaganza® determines, recognizes, and rewards hunters of the biggest Whitetail Deer harvested during the current-year season. The Mid-South Big Buck Extravaganza® is the mid south’s premier buck scoring competition open to deer from Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee!

How to Enter
- Bring your entry to the show NO SOONER THAN 4:00 P.M. Friday and NO LATER THAN 6:00 P.M. Saturday. (you must buy a ticket for entry to the SportShow, but there is no fee for entering the contest)
- Complete the entry form at the show with your contact information and other details about your entry.
- Have your photo taken with your entry.
- Leave your entry at the show. (Security is provided)
- All entrants are encouraged to attend the Big Buck Extravaganza Awards Presentations at 2:30 p.m. in the Convocation Center's Auditorium.
- Pick up your entry in the Deer Woods immediately following the awards presentations.
Entry Deadline
Entry deadline for this year’s contest: Saturday, February 2nd, 2019 at 6:00pm. Contestants must leave their entries until after winners are announced on Sunday (NO EXCEPTIONS). Security is provided. Winners will be announced, prizes will be awarded, and photographs will be taken Sunday at 4:00pm at the auditorium adjacent to the Mid-South Big Buck Extravaganza® area.
